Quick Reference Guide for use of V3750 Terminal
 
Terminal runs multiple applications –
Select: Soft-pay for credit card transactions Suncard for Suncard transactions Tripoint for Phone Card Airtime
 
Amex for Amex Transactions etc
 
Sale
1. Swipe card or press [SALE] (If card is swiped then proceed to step 3)
2. Key expiration date of card (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
3. Key Clerk number (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
4. Key amount of sale and press [ENTER]
5. Select to print customer copy of receipt by pressing [Yes] or [No]
 
 
Offline (FORCE)
1. Press [OFFLINE]
2. Swipe card or Key card number manually and press [ENTER]
3. Key expiration date of card (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
4. Key Server number (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
5. Key amount of sale and press [ENTER]
6. Enter Approval Code, then press [ENTER]
7. Select to print customer copy of receipt by pressing [Yes] or [No]
 
 
Refund
1. Press the [Refund] key
2. Swipe card or Enter Account number manually (If card is swiped then proceed to step 3)
3. Key expiration date of card (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
4. Key Server number (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
5. Key amount of refund and press [ENTER]
6. Validate Total amount displayed and press [ENTER]
7. Select to print customer copy of receipt by pressing [Yes] or [No]
 
 
Authorize Only
1. Scroll to select the [Auth Only] button
2. Swipe card or Enter Account number manually (If card is swiped then proceed to step 4)
3. Key expiration date of card (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
4. Key Server number (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
5. Key amount of sale and press [ENTER]
6. Select to print customer copy of receipt by pressing [Yes] or [No]
 
Each application should be settled independently of each other at the end of each day. The terminal will simply say no batch if no transactions have occurred or the settlement was already performed.
 
 
Void (off-line)
1. Press [VOID] key
2. Press [Slct] button to select CREDIT USD host
3. Press [Next] button to select CREDIT LOC host
4. Enter transaction number then press [ENTER]
5. Press [YES] to void
6. Select to print customer copy of receipt by pressing [Yes] or [No]
 
 
Debit Sale (Swiped Card)
1. Press [DEBIT SALE] key
2. Swipe card
3. Key Server number (if prompted) and press [ENTER]
4. Key amount of sale and press [ENTER]
5. Enter PIN on PINPAD
6. Select to print customer copy of receipt by pressing [Yes] or [No]
 
 
Adjust
1. Press [Adjust]
2. Press [Slct] button to select CREDIT USD host
3. Press [Next] button to select CREDIT LOC host
4. Press [Trn#] button to retrieve by transaction number
5. Enter transaction number, then press [ENTER]
6. Enter new amount, then press [ENTER] to modify 7
. Enter approval code, then press [ENTER]
 
 
Batch Review
1. Press [BATCH REVIEW] key
2. Press [Slct] button to select CREDIT USD host
3. Press [Next] button to select CREDIT LOC host
4. Press [Trn#] button to retrieve by transaction number
5. Enter transaction number, then press [ENTER] Voids and Adjust can be performed from this menu
 
 
Reports
1. Press [REPORTS] key
2. Select Desired report
3. Follow additional on-screen prompts
 
 
Reprint
1. Scroll to select the [REPRINT] submenu
2. Select F2 [Last Receipt] to reprint the last receipt printed
3. Select F3 [Any Receipt] to reprint a receipt in the current batch
4. Press [Slct] button to select CREDIT USD host
5. Press [Next] button to select CREDIT LOC host
6. Enter transaction number, then press [ENTER]
7. Follow additional on screen prompts
 
 
Clear Batch
1. Press [CLEAR BATCH]
2. Press [YES] button to confirm
 
 
Settlement
Print all Reports before initiating Settlement
1. Press [SETTLEMENT] key
2. Select All to settle all open batches or One to settle a select batch and press [ENTER] (If All is selected proceed to step 5)
3. Press [Slct] button to select CREDIT USD host
4. Press [Next] button to select CREDIT LOC host
5. Terminal will initiate close
6. Settlement Summary Prints
 
 

Suncard Functions

 
Sale
1. Swipe card
2. Select Purchase or Refund
3. Follow terminal prompt

4. Settlement

5. Press F3
